Reimagining family entertainment, this LBVR experience immerses everyone in the magic of classic stories. 

A 30-minute immersive LBVR experience designed for audiences of all ages. It brings together a mix of the most beloved fairy tales allowing participants to become the hero of each story, living every adventure firsthand.

Developed in collaboration with Blanco & Negro, this experience has been presented to audiences in Ostend (Belgium), Birmingham (UK), Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenzen, and Ningbo (China), as well as Barcelona and Malaga (Spain) and Budapest (Hungary).

Key learnings 

Challenge: designing an immersive experience for a compact floorplan, ensuring ease of deployment across multiple venues, operational efficiency, adaptability to new locations, and long-term sustainability with up-to-date software.

Solutions:

• Modular design system: creation of a flexible, component-based experience that can be quickly adapted and scaled to different floorplans and venues without compromising quality.
• Team enablement and knowledge transfer: training new team members on the project to ensure easy adaptation for each deployment, reducing reliance on the core team that created the initial experiences.
